poem--- crimes

Tell me who I am
Tell me where you’ve gone
I won’t be your lamb
killed here on your lawn

Shadows falling free
Darkness flowing out
Let me pay my fee
And leave with a shout

Waiting here for you
Thinking of old times
Wishing you’d wait too
Feelings feel like crimes

poem--- fare

Why do you see me here?
I am not really there.
Withdrawn into my fear,
Tearing out all but hair.
Vision is far from clear-

How do you think I’ll fare?

poem--- temptations

My old temptations are far from gone;
Over old distractions I shall Fawn.
I wish I weren’t this eternal pawn-

Could pass it all off in just one yawn.

poem--- sanity

Lose all sight of reality

As these shades of grey fade to black

Regain your grip of sanity

As all your life comes rushing back

poem--- old friends

They are but passer-bys on a vacant street

They wish to stick with things familiar

They do not want to meet this stranger

They do not want to remember this friend

poem--- you are my nothing

Why do I see your face?
Its eyes still haunt me
Why can't I turn this cheek?
My question still remains
Why must you be this way?
You care for nothing
Why won't you fade away?
You are my nothing.
